I really can't recommend her in 100 paragraphs but in summary, she regained and was able to help me from my financial mess to a stable financial balance. I visited St. J. GMC for a tire rotation and brake inspection. Denise Pelow happily scheduled the appointment at my convenience. Patrick Switser was my service advisor. He was very helpful and explained the results of the inspection in detail. He was straightforward in his recommendations to correct any concerns. They are the face of the dealership and why I purchase our trucks from them. I will continue to use the St. J. GMC dealership.

Purchased a Sierra 1500 AT4 and I live 5.5 hours away in NY. Distance meant nothing to the dealership. They not only delivered the truck but then drove back cause the running boards hadn’t arrived yet but they didn’t want to hold me up from getting my truck. Where else do you get 20 hours of staff member on the road included these days? Easy to work with. Attentive when I had a question or change. Would definitely do business with them again.
